How to Order over the Internet

1. You can order directly from our home page by choosing a flower selection or category.
   
2. This will bring you into the selection page. Once you are happy with your choice, click on the "proceed to order form" button. This will take you to the order form.
3. As you proceed through the order form, be sure to double check that all the information is correct, including the recipient and sender information.
4. Once you have completed the order form, click on the submit button.
5. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

How to Order by Fax

You may print off the order form and fax your selection and credit card details to + 61 7 3256 3044. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

Order Confirmations

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from Flowershop once the order has been processed. If there are any difficulties with the order, you will be contacted via email with an explanation, or to request more details.

We accept the following Major Credit Cards:

If you wish to pay by bank deposit, please contact us at info@flowershop.com.au to make arrangements.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars ($AUD) and will be charged at the official daily exchange rate at the time of purchase.

GST (Goods and Services Tax)

On 1 July 2000 the Australian Government introduced a Goods and Services Tax (GST). This is a broad based tax on consumption which applies to supplies of most goods and services. It replaces wholesales tax in addition to a range of other indirect taxes and stamp duties. All prices on our site include GST and are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Service and Handling

Delivery and service charges are included in the price of all flowers and gift baskets.

Alternative Price Selections

Two prices are available for each flower and gift basket selection:

1. Shown (similar to the picture)
2. Deluxe (enhanced version of picture shown)

For the deluxe option, we will add value to your selection with additional flowers or products and/or higher quality containers/packaging.

Substitutions

Products may vary in size and appearance due to design interpretation and availability. Should a particular flower, container or product be unavailable due to seasonal or stock variations, we reserve the right to substitute goods of equivalent or greater value. In all cases, the utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
