All prices shown include delivery and GST and are in Australian dollars (AUD)
Same day delivery is available (Monday to Saturday) if orders are received before 1pm (EST), excluding peak floral periods. Orders received after 1pm (EST) will be delivered the following day excluding Sunday.
Deliveries to remote country areas may incur a delay of up to two days. In very rare circumstances, remote and restricted delivery areas may incur extra delivery charges. If this is the case you will be notified before your order is processed.
We do our best to accommodate requests for specific delivery times, but it's not always possible. Deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays.
Please note that if delivery is made and the address you provided is incorrect, we cannot offer a refund. Please check that the delivery address you provide is correct when placing your order.
A confirmation and tax invoice will be emailed to you once your transaction has been processed.

If the recipient of the flowers is not at home at the time of delivery, and you've not chosen the option for a second delivery fee, the flowers will be left in a safe place (if available) at the address and a note left for the recipient.
During peak floral periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, all orders should be placed at least two days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, and we will work with you to resolve things to your satisfaction.
Whilst we aim to match your order to the image pictured on our website, this is not always possible due to seasonal availability in different areas. We will endeavour to make your order as similar as possible to the item pictured. However, if the same colour or type of flower is not available, our florists will make up your order using substitute flowers to the same or greater value.
